Our Origins

I’m a multilingual seasoned expert in all things Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) following 16 years in the field holding both strategic and operational roles.

I grew up as a third culture kid . Having lived, worked and studied in four continents meant that I am especially sensitive to the global needs of international cultures. I utilise my political science and psychology backgrounds to get to the depths and uncover the complexities of how humans think and interact.

I founded Yenge Consultancy in 2018 named after my childhood nickname ‘Yenge’ (pronounced Yeng-eh) as my siblings struggled to pronounce Tiwonge (pronounced Tea-wonge-geh). My business is an homage to my family, my parents especially who instilled in me the principles from an early age, of independence and societal purpose.
